A NEW workshop this season which introduces the photographic process from image capture by the camera through digital processing to final image as either a Projected Image or Print. Aimed at the beginner or more experienced photographer wishing to 'brush up' their technical and visual skills.
This group is recently formed and works with the newly acquired 4x5 film camera. The style of non-digital photography possible with this camera will attract members who enjoy technically high-quality images and the slower more contemplative approach to image making.
Following on from the Foundation Photography Workshop, this is an instructor-led group covering topics within Lightroom, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and other imaging software. A programme will be published following FPW with each session dealing with a specific topic. Although not mandatory, it is helpful if participants bring some digital files to work on and discuss with the group.
These will be booked according to needs, anything goes. Male/ Female modelling, Still life, Artefacts photography to Classic Nude. Cost will depend on hall cost and any model fees involved. Space is limited to 5 people.
Any models used will want photos of themselves and a disc. Prints are always preferred. Members are requested to recommend models.
